If no one is on site full time, who helps me if something goes wrong?

We do. Sunshine Self Storage is owner-run, and you deal with the owners and their small team, not a call centre. Call or email any day between 8am and 5pm, and you will speak to someone who knows the yard and knows your account.

If you are stuck at the yard, for example your card won't open the gate, call us on 03 9010 6147 straight away. A customer stuck on site is the most urgent call we get, and we drop everything to fix it.

The yard is also watched around the clock. Back-to-base alarms and motion-activated cameras are monitored 24/7. If an alarm is not switched off within one minute, the monitoring company calls and sends a security officer or the police. If anyone is in danger, call 000 first.

If something is wrong with your container, like a sticking door or a damaged seal, call or email us with a photo and we will sort it out.
