What are your access hours?

Sunshine Self Storage is open 5am to 9pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. That includes weekends and public holidays, Christmas Day included.

You get your own access card and alarm code, so you come and go without waiting for anyone. Pull up at the gate, swipe your card, drive to your container, switch off your alarm and you are in. We show you how it all works when you move in.

The 5am start is there for tradies. You can restock the van before a 6am job and be on site on time. The 9pm finish gives you time after work and on weekends.

Outside those hours, the gate locks overnight. That keeps the yard quiet and secure for everyone. Now and then a customer genuinely needs to get in later, and we can organise that. It is not a regular thing, so call us to talk it through.

Our office hours for phone and email are separate: 8am to 5pm, any day. If you have a question about your account or your container, that is the time to reach us.
