Who do I contact if I have a problem with my container after hours?
Sunshine Self Storage, located in Albion. Drive-up 10ft, 20ft and 40ft containers, open 5am to 9pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our office hours at Sunshine Self Storage are 8am to 5pm, any day, by phone or email. Most container problems, like a sticking door, a worn seal or a billing question, can wait until then. Call us on 03 9010 6147 or email [email protected] with a photo and a short note, and we will pick it up first thing.
Some problems can't wait. If you are stuck at the yard, for example the gate won't open or your card isn't working, call 03 9010 6147 straight away. A customer stuck on site is the most urgent call we get. Our other contact numbers are listed on our website.
If you set off the alarm by mistake, switch it off with your code within a minute, then call us so we know it was you.
If anyone is hurt or in danger, or you see a break-in happening, call 000 first, then let us know.
Remember the yard is watched around the clock. Back-to-base alarms and motion-activated cameras are monitored 24/7, and the monitoring company sends a security officer or the police if an alarm isn't switched off within one minute.
