How do I get into the yard and my container?
Sunshine Self Storage, located in Albion. Drive-up 10ft, 20ft and 40ft containers, open 5am to 9pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
At Sunshine Self Storage, you come and go on your own, with your own access card, alarm code and padlock. We show you how it all works when you move in.
The gate: drive up to the electronic gate at 15 Carrington Drive, Albion, and use your access card. The gate opens between 5am and 9pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and locks overnight.
Your alarm: drive to your container and switch off your alarm with your own alarm code. Do this straight away. If an alarm isn't switched off within one minute, the monitoring company calls and sends a security officer or the police.
Your container: unlock your padlock, which sits inside the anti-theft lockbox on the door, and open the doors. Only you hold the key.
When you leave, close and lock your container with your padlock inside the lockbox, and make sure the gate closes behind you. Don't let anyone you don't know follow you in.
Keep your card and code to yourself. Under our storage agreement, anyone you give them to is your responsibility. If your card is lost or stops working, call us straight away on 03 9010 6147.
Ardeer, Sunshine and Deer Park are about five minutes away, and Footscray and Keilor 12 to 13 minutes. Book online in under five minutes, or call us 03 9010 6147.
