Facility rules

As a valued customer, we want to ensure your storage experience is smooth, secure and positive, not just for you, but for everyone who stores with us. Please take a moment to review the following facility rules, designed to maintain a safe, respectful and well-organised environment for all. Your cooperation helps us continue providing the high-quality service you expect and deserve.

These rules form part of your storage agreement.

• Our facility is fully monitored with alarms and cameras at all times. Please call us immediately if you set the alarm off. If you or someone with you accidentally triggers an alarm and emergency services respond, there will be a call-out fee. Please check your agreement for the latest call-out fees.
• You're the only one who holds the key to your storage unit, and your belongings are stored at your own risk. Please visit the site regularly to check on your goods.
• Please don't store anything dangerous, illegal (including TOBACCO PRODUCTS), flammable, stolen, or alive (yes, that includes plants and pets), and definitely no lithium-ion batteries or anything that contains them.
• No items can be stored in the common area at the facility. Items left here will be removed at your cost. CCTV is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Make sure to pay your storage fees on time, otherwise you'll be charged late fees and might lose access to your unit. If fees aren't paid in line with your agreement, we may have to sell your stored goods and cancel your agreement.
• If you would like to vacate your unit, please give us 30 days' notice. If you give less than 30 days' notice, pro rata fees will be charged until your move-out date.
• When entering your storage unit, please park in a way that will not obstruct others who may need to enter their unit at the same time.
• If you would like more information on your storage agreement, please log in to your account and view your signed agreement in full.
• You can reach our office by phone or email any day between 8am and 5pm. Access to the yard is available from 5am until 9pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, public holidays included. If you really need access outside of these times, it can be organised by speaking to our office.
