These terms cover the website, not your storage
These terms are about using this website. If you store with us, your storage is covered by the storage agreement you sign when you book. If anything on this website is different from your storage agreement, your storage agreement applies.
Prices, specials and availability
We work hard to keep this website accurate and up to date. Prices, specials and which containers are free can change, so the price that applies to you is the one shown in our booking system when you book, or the one we confirm with you in writing.
If you spot something on the website that looks wrong, please let us know and we will fix it.
Booking online
The Book buttons on this website take you to our online booking system, which is run for us by Storeganise. When you book, you add your details, read and sign the storage agreement and add your payment details. You are not charged until we have checked your booking.
A booking request is not accepted until we confirm it. If we can't offer you a container, we will let you know and you will not be charged.
Sienna, our website chat
Sienna is an AI assistant, not a real person. She answers questions using the answers we have published about our storage, and she is there to help you find information quickly.
Sienna can make mistakes. Her answers are general information only. They are not a quote, an offer or advice, and nothing she says changes your price or your storage agreement. For anything important, such as a price, whether a container is free, or a question about your account, please call us on 03 9010 6147 or email [email protected].
Please don't type credit card numbers, bank details, passwords or other sensitive information into the chat. Our privacy policy explains what happens to what you type.
Using this website
You are welcome to use this website to find out about our storage, book a container, read our guides and contact us. Please don't:
- do anything that breaks the law, or that could damage, overload or interfere with the website
- try to get into parts of the website, our booking system or our accounts that you are not meant to access
- use the website, our booking system or Sienna to send spam, or to collect other people's details
- pretend to be someone else when you contact us or book.
Our content, and linking to us
The words, photos, logo and design on this website belong to us, or are used with permission. Some photos come from other people under free licences, and where they do, the photo is credited on the page.
You are welcome to link to any page on this website, and to share our pages and free guides with anyone who might find them useful. Please don't copy our content onto another website, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we are connected with you, without asking us first.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as our booking system, Google Maps, Self Storage Insurance Australia and the Self Storage Association of Australasia. We link to them because we think they are useful, but we don't control them and we are not responsible for what they say or how they handle your information.
