Why do I have to pay three months upfront before I've even tried the service?

Fair question. Here is the honest answer.

Every time a container changes hands, there is work involved: checking the container, setting up the account, organising an access card and alarm code, and cleaning between customers. If people came and went every few weeks, those costs would go up, and we would have to put up our prices. The three-month minimum reduces our costs, so we can pass the savings on to you. It is part of why we are up to 57% cheaper than the indoor facilities and big chains nearby.

There are a few things that take the risk out of it. You are not charged when you book. You add payment details, but nothing is taken until we have checked your booking. There is no deposit and no setup fee. Every dollar is for storage. And right now, for a limited time, you get 50% off your first three months. For a 20ft container, that is $448.50 instead of $897.
