How do I pay each month?

At Sunshine Self Storage, monthly payments are automatic. They are taken from your nominated bank account or credit card, paid in advance. You set it up once when you book, and then you don't have to think about it.

Here is how the timing works. When you sign up, you pay your first three months, which is our minimum stay, plus a once-off part-month payment that lines your account up with the calendar month. For a limited time, you get 50% off those first three months. After that, you are billed on the 20th of each month for the following month.

So if you are paying for June, the payment comes out on 20 May. Paying in advance keeps things simple and keeps our costs down.

If your bank account or card changes, tell us before the 20th so your payment doesn't fail. Late payments attract a late fee under the storage agreement, so it pays to keep your details current. If you ever need a different arrangement, talk to us.

Our standard prices are $198 a month for a 10ft, $299 for a 20ft and $580 for a 40ft. No deposit, no setup fee.
