How much does it cost to store my goods in a shipping container?

Our standard prices at Sunshine Self Storage in Albion are $198 a month for a 10ft container, $299 a month for a 20ft and $580 a month for a 40ft. Car containers cost the same as the standard size. There is no deposit and no setup fee. Every payment you make is for storage, nothing else.

We also have a special on at the moment: for a limited time, you get 50% off your first three months of storage.

Here is how paying works. The minimum stay is three months, paid when you sign up. For a 20ft, three months at the standard price is $897, and with the special it is $448.50. A once-off part-month payment also lines your account up with the calendar month. After your first three months, you are billed automatically on the 20th of each month for the next month, from your bank account or credit card.

What you don't pay for: a reception desk, climate control, a concierge or staff standing around. That is why we are up to 57% cheaper than the indoor facilities and big chains nearby. You bring your own padlock, and insurance is up to you.
