Is there a deposit or a setup fee?

No. At Sunshine Self Storage, there is no deposit and no setup fee. Your first payment is storage, nothing else.

Some storage places add a deposit, an admin fee or a setup charge on top of the rent. We don't. Here is exactly what you pay.

When you sign up, you pay your first three months of storage. That is our minimum stay. For a limited time, you get 50% off those three months. You also pay a once-off part-month payment, which lines your account up with the calendar month. That is storage too.

After three months, you are billed on the 20th of each month for the following month, taken automatically from your bank account or credit card.

Our standard prices are $198 a month for a 10ft container, $299 for a 20ft and $580 for a 40ft. Car containers cost the same as the standard size.

The only other thing you need is your own padlock, which you buy yourself. Insurance is up to you too.

And you are not charged at all until we have checked your booking. No hidden fees, no fine print. Just storage at a fair price, up to 57% cheaper than the big chains nearby.
