Do you offer discounts if I book long-term or pay upfront?

We keep it simple. At Sunshine Self Storage, our everyday prices are already up to 57% cheaper than the indoor facilities and big chains nearby, so we don't run a menu of long-term deals or prepay discounts.

What we do have right now is one special: for a limited time, you get 50% off your first three months of storage. You pay for the first three months up front, at half price. For a 20ft container, that is $448.50 instead of $897.

Our standard prices are $198 a month for a 10ft, $299 for a 20ft and $580 for a 40ft. Car containers cost the same as the standard size. There is no deposit and no setup fee. After your first three months, you are billed on the 20th of each month for the next month.

Why no other discounts? Because we would rather give everyone a fair price every month than pump prices up and then knock them down again. We run a tight operation, with no full-time staff, no reception desk and no climate control, so you pay for storage and nothing else. The three-month minimum also cuts our costs, and we pass those savings on.
