Can I refer another business and receive a discount?

We don't have a referral discount at Sunshine Self Storage. We keep our pricing simple: fair prices for everyone, every month, without a menu of deals.

What we do have right now is one special for new customers. For a limited time, they get 50% off their first three months of storage. So if you know a tradie or small business owner who needs space, send them our way. They will get the special, and they will get the same straight dealing you do.

Our standard prices are $198 a month for a 10ft container, $299 for a 20ft and $580 for a 40ft, with no deposit and no setup fee. That is up to 57% cheaper than the indoor facilities and big chains nearby.

Word of mouth matters to a small business like ours. We are rated 5.0 on Google by over 100 locals, and we have been storing for Melbourne's west for over 20 years. If you are happy with us, the best thing you can do is leave a Google review or pass on our number.

When someone you know calls, they will speak to a real person who knows the yard.
