What happens to my billing after my first three months?

After your first three months at Sunshine Self Storage, you move to simple monthly billing. You are billed automatically on the 20th of each month for the following month, from your nominated bank account or credit card, paid in advance.

Here is the full picture from the start. When you sign up, you pay your first three months, which is our minimum stay. For a limited time, you get 50% off those three months. You also pay a once-off part-month payment, which lines your account up with the calendar month. From then on, every payment lands on the 20th, which makes it easy to budget for.

Our standard prices are $198 a month for a 10ft container, $299 for a 20ft and $580 for a 40ft. Once the special ends for you after three months, you pay the standard price for your container.

There is nothing to sign and nothing to renew. Your storage carries on month to month until you give 30 days' notice to move out.

If we ever change our prices, we give you at least 28 days' notice. If you don't agree with a change, you can end the agreement with as little as 24 hours' notice.

If your card or bank account changes, let us know before the 20th, so the payment goes through.
