How do I update my contact or payment details?

Call or email us, and we will update them for you. Phone 03 9010 6147 or email [email protected], 8am to 5pm, any day.

It matters more than it might seem. Under our standard SSAA storage agreement, you need to tell us within two business days if your contact details change. That includes your phone number, email, postal address and your alternate contact person. If we can't reach you, we can't tell you about anything important, like works on site, a problem with your container or your account.

Payment details are just as important. Monthly payments are taken automatically on the 20th of each month for the following month, from your nominated bank account or credit card. If your card expires, is replaced or your bank account changes, let us know before the 20th, so your payment goes through and you don't pay a late fee.

You can also see your signed storage agreement in full through your online account.

If you are moving house or overseas while you store with us, update your details before you go. It saves a lot of hassle later.
