What if I realise I've chosen the wrong container size after I move in?

No problem. At Sunshine Self Storage, swapping to a different container size can be done. Just call our office on 03 9010 6147, any day between 8am and 5pm, and we will organise it with you.

If you have run out of room, you can move up from a 10ft to a 20ft, or from a 20ft to a 40ft. Or you can rent a second container alongside your first. If you have more space than you need, a smaller container may save you money, and we will tell you that straight, even though it earns us less.

When you call, we will check what is free, find a time for the move that suits you, and talk you through how your billing changes to match your new container. No surprises.

Moving goods between containers is easiest when you plan it. Drive-up access helps: if your new container is nearby, you can shift things across with a trolley or a trailer in one trip. Access is 5am to 9pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

If you are not sure which size you need now, tell us what you are storing. A 10ft holds 16.3 m³, a 20ft holds 33.1 m³ (about a one-car garage) and a 40ft holds almost 70 m³. Prices are $198, $299 and $580 a month.
