When will I be charged for my booking?

Not when you book. At Sunshine Self Storage, you add your payment details when you book online, but nothing is taken until we have checked your booking. That gives us a chance to confirm your container is ready and to talk to you about your move-in.

Once your booking is checked, your first three months are billed. That is our minimum stay, paid when you sign up. For a limited time, you get 50% off those first three months. For a 20ft container at $299 a month, your first three months come to $448.50 instead of $897.

You also pay a once-off part-month payment, which lines your account up with the calendar month. After your first three months, you are billed automatically on the 20th of each month for the following month, from your nominated bank account or credit card.

There is no deposit and no setup fee. Every payment is for storage, nothing else.

If you join the waitlist because your size is full, you are not charged for that either.
