How long does it take you to check and confirm my booking?

We check bookings during office hours, 8am to 5pm, any day, and we get to them quickly. Once your booking is checked, we call you with your move-in details, so keep your phone handy.

When we check a booking, we confirm your container is free and ready, look over your details, and organise your access card and alarm code. Then your first three months are billed, and you are ready to move in.

If you book outside office hours, we will pick it up the next time the office is open.

In a hurry? Book online, then call us on 03 9010 6147 and let us know your move-in date. We will do what we can to get you sorted. Booking over the phone works too.

A few things help us confirm faster. Fill in all your details, including a phone number you answer. Make sure your payment details are correct. Pick a move-in date that suits you.

Remember, you are not charged until we have checked your booking, so there is no risk in booking now. For a limited time, get 50% off your first three months.
