What happens if I need more space later on?

Easy: talk to us. At Sunshine Self Storage, you can rent a second container, or move up to a bigger size, as long as one is free.

If you are in a 10ft and running out of room, a 20ft gives you twice the space, about the size of a one-car garage. If you are in a 20ft, you can add another 20ft or move to a 40ft, which holds almost 70 m³. A 40ft costs $580 a month, slightly less than two 20ft containers at $299 each, and keeps everything behind one set of doors.

Availability changes as customers come and go. Our booking page shows what is free right now. If the size you want is full, join the waitlist there. You are not charged for joining. Or call us and we will tell you what is coming up.

A tip for growing businesses: if you know you will need more space soon, talk to us early. We can let you know when a container comes free, so you are not caught short.

Each container comes with drive-up access, your own access card and alarm code, and access from 5am to 9pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
