How it works for an online store
Set it up like a small warehouse
Freestanding shelving down both walls, fast movers near the doors and slow lines at the back. Label the shelves and you can find any product in a minute.
Pack orders on the spot
With our written permission, you can pack orders at your container. There's no power as standard, so print labels at home or use battery gear. With both doors open, daylight reaches well inside. If you really need power, talk to us and we can arrange it.
Do the post run from the doors
Back the car or van up to your container, load the parcels straight in and head for the post office or courier depot.
Meet your stock deliveries
There's no one on site to accept a delivery, so book it for a time you can be there. Drive-up access means the truck can pull up close to your container.

Good to know before you book
A few rules from the storage agreement matter more for online sellers. Better to know now than on moving day.
- No lithium-ion batteries. That includes power banks and any product with a lithium-ion battery inside. If you sell electronics, check before you book.
- Not climate controlled. Boxed goods, clothing and homewares store well. Anything that melts or warps in summer heat, such as candles, wax and some cosmetics, may not suit.
- No food or perishables. Food, drinks and anything that spoils can't be stored.
- You meet couriers. A driver can't get through the gate without you, and nothing can be left outside your container.
- Check your insurance. Insurance is up to you. Ask your insurer whether your business policy covers stock kept away from your business address.
