Moving out of your container

Thanks for storing with us. Moving out is easy: five quick things on the day, and we take care of the rest. Tick them off here as you go.

Give 30 days' notice

Call us on 03 9010 6147 or email [email protected]. We'll email you a move-out checklist with your date.

Two days before your move-out date, we'll email you the checklist again, with a button to upload your photo.

Empty and sweep your container, take your padlock, drop your gate card in the letterbox and send us a photo.

We check the cameras and find your gate card, then close your account and send you a thank-you.

On the day

Take everything with you. Nothing can be left in or around your container, including pallets and rubbish.
Sweep it out. Bring a broom and leave the container as clean as you found it.
Take your padlock off. Any lock on the container is yours, so please take it with you.
Drop your gate card in the letterbox. It's at the front left of the fence as you face the gate (number 4 on the site plan).
Send us a photo. Take a photo of the empty, swept container with the doors open. Use the Upload your photo button in your move-out email, or email it to [email protected] with your container number.

The next customer is usually booked in from your move-out date. If you need more time, or you've decided to stay, please call us as soon as you can.

You can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Access to the yard is available from 5am until 9pm.
