How do you store household items in a shipping container?

Shipping containers make excellent self storage. They are watertight, dust-proof, vermin-proof and easy to get to. The large doors at the end of a shipping container make loading and unloading easy.

A standard 20-foot shipping container holds about 33 cubic metres, which is about the size of a one-car garage. You can store all sorts of goods in a shipping container. In fact, many of the things in your house have probably already spent up to three months in a shipping container on the way to Australia.

At Sunshine Self Storage, the site is a very professional and well-maintained self storage facility with automated entry, alarms on containers, brand-new shipping containers and standard Self Storage Association of Australasia contracts.

Sunshine Self Storage is located in Albion, in the western suburbs of Melbourne. If you would like to find out more about this excellent storage option, email [email protected] or call us 03 9010 6147.
